Introduction
Dear Community,
I want to start by acknowledging that this post is deeply personal and transparent. My goal is to share my experiences with you openly and honestly, without hiding anything. If you’re only interested in the future of the project, that’s completely fine. You can skip to the „My commitment to NFT holders“ section for the information you need.
Our dedicated team, has been working unpaid because we believe in our vision. We’re not like most projects. Many of us could have earned more money in the open job market, but we’re committed to delivering on our promises.
When you compare us to other Algorand projects, such as Yieldly, you’ll see the difference in our commitment. While some teams may have cashed out and moved on, we’re still here. We may have run out of funds, but we continue to give our best, driven by our vision and ambition.
With that said, I would like to share my personal journey of self-discovery, the lessons I’ve learned, and how this experience has shaped the future for our NFT community and myself. My hope is that by sharing my story, I can build a deeper connection with you and inspire you to reflect on what truly matters in life.
Rediscovering What Truly Matters
Life has a way of teaching us lessons when we least expect them. It is in the most challenging times that we find the strength to grow and transform. I want to share with you my personal journey of self-discovery, the lessons I’ve learned, and how this experience has shaped the future for our NFT community and myself.
When Pursuit of Success Became a Double-Edged Sword
In my relentless pursuit of success, I found myself constantly working around the clock, juggling multiple projects, and struggling to find rest. I collaborated with people from different time zones, which only added to my sleepless nights. I felt responsible for everyone around me—my family, my colleagues, and our community. But in my quest to make life better for those I cared about and provide financial freedom, I forgot to take care of myself.
As the years went by, I continued to study various topics, read countless books, invest money, and conduct research. But one day, I woke up to the realization that I had missed precious moments with my family. My sister had grown up, my parents had aged, and I had spent more time with business associates, stakeholders, and university professors than with those who truly mattered to me. This realization left me feeling empty and lost.
The emotional void I experienced is difficult to explain—it wasn’t like depression, where one still feels something. Instead, it was an inexplicable absence of feelings. I began to question the values that had led me down this path and wondered if achieving my goals would ultimately bring happiness.
Through this introspection, I realized that the true worth of life lies not in money, projects, or accolades, but in the relationships we build with family, friends, and those we can trust. I also became aware of the impact of environmental issues on my mood, as I am a long-term thinker and planner. While some of these concerns are beyond my sphere of influence, I learned to focus on what I can change and to embrace the invaluable life lessons this period of self-discovery brought.
A Time of Reflection: Rediscovering the Essence of Life
During this period of self-reflection, I came to understand that life is about more than money and success. It’s about the connections we make with family, friends, and those who have our trust. It’s about appreciating the seemingly insignificant moments that make life worth living.
My concerns about the environment and the ecological crisis also weighed heavily on my heart. While I couldn’t change everything, I decided to focus on what I could influence and make a positive impact where possible.
Finding Balance and Pursuing Fulfillment
This journey has not only transformed me but also inspired me to reassess my priorities and commitments. While I stepped down from my full-time position, I remain deeply committed to our NFT community. I will continue to invest my available resources, time, and energy to support the project and ensure its success, while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As I embark on a new venture that truly fulfills me, I will make a conscious effort to embrace the lessons I’ve learned. I will prioritize enjoying life, spending time with the people I value most, and pursuing projects that align with my passions and values. I now recognize that the true values of life go beyond NFTs, coins, equity or money.
By striking a balance between my personal and professional commitments, I hope to create a meaningful impact and foster a brighter future for all of us. Together, we can continue to grow, learn, and appreciate the moments that make life genuinely beautiful.
My commitment to NFT holders
As I step back from my full-time role, I want to assure you that I am not going anywhere. I will continue to do my best with the resources I have to support our project and community. In fact, I have decided not to receive any future salary for my contributions and will work unpaid to contribute to the success of Everyone. Additionally, if times get rough, I am prepared to jump back in full-time to help navigate through the challenges and ensure the project’s success.
During my absence, I noticed that our communication with the community was not as effective as it could have been. I feel that we could have been more responsive and attentive to their needs. As we move forward, I believe that we can work together to improve our communication and build stronger relationships with our community. I understand that Jesco and Mark have been overwhelmed with work, and communication should not have solely been their responsibility. As an engineer and a project manager/product designer, respectively, their primary focus should be on their areas of expertise. I take responsibility for the communication issues, and I am confident that things will improve as I return to being more actively involved.
I know that many of you invested in our project because you trusted me. I promise not to disappear and will do my best not to disappoint anyone. Your trust means the world to me, and I am committed to making things right.
In the spirit of gratitude and as a token of my commitment, I have a surprise in store for our community. This surprise is my personal choice and not related to the Everyone project, ensuring that our NFTs do not become securities and that our company does not encounter legal issues. Stay tuned for more. I believe in taking everyone who wants to come along on this journey, leaving no one behind. This approach benefits our President NFT Holders as it diversifies your stake in different projects at no additional cost, ultimately creating a stronger and more resilient community.
Uniting Art, Community, and Entrepreneurship
Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered a strong desire to work on a more specific project that I initially started during my university days. Back then, I didn’t have the time or the business experience and knowledge to focus on it full time. Now, I feel ready to dive into this project wholeheartedly. I am passionate about creating art and building a strong community through business. Rest assured, this won’t be just another mundane „NFT art“ project. I have a unique and exciting idea that aligns with the vision of Everyone™ while focusing on a specific (and sizable) niche.
As a token of my gratitude and appreciation for the Everyone™ team and our current NFT holders, I plan to share parts of this new business with them, completely free of charge and without expecting anything in return. This gesture is my way of giving back to the community and acknowledging the unwavering support and trust they have placed in me.
As I venture into this new project, I am committed to working unpaid and without any income from my previous full-time job. My primary motivation is to see my vision come to life and not disappoint those who have placed their trust in me. While money is not the driving force, I understand that I may need funds to tackle big challenges and bring this project to fruition. Nonetheless, I am confident that with hard work, passion, and dedication, I will create something truly special and meaningful for all involved.

I understand that many of you might be disappointed in my decision to embark on this new path. However, please remember that I am not leaving anyone behind. I am offering everyone the opportunity to follow my journey and I don’t expect anything in return. We are all in this life, this mission, the crypto-space, and the bear market together.
Words cannot express how grateful I am to have people like you surrounding me. Having individuals who trust me and whom I can trust is incredibly fulfilling and, perhaps, the most significant lesson I learned during my time away. Your support means the world to me, and I am truly appreciative of each and every one of you.
I also want to extend my gratitude to Jesco and Mark, who have tirelessly continued working on this project, even during the times when I needed to find myself. I am deeply thankful to have such dedicated and compassionate individuals around me. I value everyone and everything that has happened to me during this journey.
